Environmental Health and Safety Service
Environmental Health and Safety Service (EHSS) is a key support unit providing a range of Health and Safety Advisory Services to help the University achieve its institutional objectives.
Staff in the unit provide advice on the management and governance of the University and coordinate the implementation of policies in the following disciplines:
- Health and Safety, including Training and Radiation Protection
- Occupational Health
- Fire Safety
- Environmental Hazards (Radiation and Hazardous Waste)
The unit is committed to providing a service that embeds a positive health, safety and risk management culture and supports its proactive management.
