Education and Student Experience
Education and Student Experience supports the delivery of the University’s Education and Student Experience Strategy working closely with the Vice-Principal Education (Proctor), Assistant Vice-Principal (Learning and Teaching) and Provost, the Decanal Team and other Professional Services.
The Education and Student Experience team provides the following services:
- Delivery of the Education and Student Experience strategies.
- Safeguarding academic standards and enhancing the quality of the student experience.
- Education policy development, review and implementation.
- Providing advice on policy and the Higher education landscape relating to education, quality and the student experience.
- Providing key education and student experience committee secretariat services.
- Developing and championing student engagement and partnership approaches.
- Providing professional support to the St Leonard’s Postgraduate College.
- Coordinating academic misconduct cases and academic appeals.
- Coordinating and initiating key student facing communications and engagement activities.
Education and Student Experience is managed by Ros Claase (Director of Student Experience) and Nicola Milton (Head of Education Policy and Quality).
