St Andrews Manager Programme
This programme will focus on the critical competencies that you need as a manager at the University of St Andrews. The programme entails 4 consecutive days consisting of outcome focussed workshops covering how to manage yourself, your staff, and your service.
On completion of this programme, you will have a team plan dove-tailed into the University Strategy, a team development plan and have a personal development plan.

Target audience
The St Andrews Manager Programme is suited to all staff who have existing people management responsibilities and are looking to develop and enhance their management skills.
Time Commitment
The programme is a blend of OSDS directed learning and in person workshops covering 4 consecutive days which includes Action Learning Set.
Commitment includes:
- 4 full day sessions – 2 workshops per day.
- 1 – 2 hours of directed learning between sessions.
