Summer 2025

The ceremony at which you graduate depends on the degree subjects you have been studying.

Postgraduate degrees will be conferred alongside undergraduate degrees within the same School. Postgraduate taught students who started in September 2024 will graduate in the winter graduation ceremonies in 2025.

Undergraduate students extending their studies into Semester 1 of 2024 will graduate in Summer 2025.

Joint degrees

In the case of joint degrees, your subjects are listed in alphabetical order in your student record and you will graduate at one ceremony, which will be with the School of the first subject.

For example, if you are studying for an MA Honours in International Relations and Modern History, you will graduate with the School of International Relations.

If you are studying for an MPhys in Mathematics and Theoretical Physics, you will graduate with the School of Mathematics and Statistics.

If you are studying for a triple degree, for example, Modern Languages (Arabic and Persian) and International Relations, you will graduate with the School of Modern Languages.
