• St Salvator's Chapel

  St Salvator’s is the large University chapel on North Street. In this chapel, you would have the option of adding bell-ringing and a choir to your booking, subject to availability. It seats approximately 180 guests in the nave with an additional 110 in the ante-Chapel. The pews face each other across the Chapel in collegiate style in the nave, with chairs facing forward in the ante-Chapel, behind a decorative screen. The Chapel is equipped with wheelchair access and an induction loop.

  Details of wedding prices and any extra fees for ceremonies in the Chapel can be found on the Chapel price list web page. The standard price covers the services of the University chaplain, where appropriate, and the University deputy organist; there are extra fees for a choir or bell-ringers.

• St Leonard's Chapel

  St Leonard’s Chapel is situated within the grounds of St Leonard’s School and is much smaller and more intimate than St Salvator's Chapel. It seats approximately 50 guests. It is built in traditional medieval style and, similarly to St Salvator's, the pews face each other across the Chapel in collegiate style. Wheelchair access is fairly easy.

• Upper College Hall

  Upper College Hall holds a licence for civil ceremonies and can accommodate up to 162 guests.

• Lower College Hall

  The impressive Lower College Hall, which lies across the lawns from St Salvator's Chapel, is the perfect setting for exclusive wedding receptions and prestigious events. 

  Lower College Hall can accommodate up to 152 guests for a wedding reception and on summer days the manicured lawns provide a stunning setting for drinks receptions and wedding photographs.

• Upper College Hall

  Upper College Hall, which can be reached via a grand staircase, provides a wonderful venue for those wishing to dance the night away. It boasts a large dance floor, an oak bar and an in-built PA system.

• Parliament Hall

  Parliament Hall, once home to the Scottish Parliament, features a grand oak panelled interior. This historic venue, accessed directly from South Street, can accommodate up to 100 guests for drinks receptions and finger buffets.
